  The food was extremely cold the manager, a young manager that there is horrible. I told him to give me money to order fries. I ordered two kids meal. The fries were cold when they came out. I give them the fries back in the window. They said they couldn’t take the fries back. One of the workers came outside to tell me that the manager said requested for me to send the fries back after they told me not to give it back. The food was called. Customer service was horrible when I asked them for a specialty drink. They have to charge me more because they didn’t have the right size so they said we’re gonna give you a large we’re gonna have to tell you the difference this Manager needs to be trained. He needs to be corrected. This is the store in Indian and I don’t know what his name is or who he is but today is February 23 and it is 5:57 PM. This Manager really needs to get checked. This is horrible because of him I won’t be returning here or recommending anyone.

  My first Whataburger at their Indian Land, SC location. The positive news- the burger was good- I got their number one with cheese. It was tasty and the burger had good size and thickness compared to many fast food options. The downside? Waited well over 30 minutes for the burger via the drive thru and not one apology at the window or when I had to pull off to the side and wait for my burger to be hand delivered.

  The food was great, but moreso it's really nice to see a fast food place where the employees actually seem to be in a good mood. Even when there was a small mistake in our order, they were quick, courteous and polite. (Notably, not just to me, but also to the employee who messed up.) I don't know the name of the person running the shift, but whoever it was on feb 13 in the morning, you're great at your job. Also, corporate people, never remove the berry frosted from the menu. It's wonderful.

  I work on night shift so I sometimes go @2 or 3. I just love how my food be fresh and hot not warm but fresh and hot the night shift is awesome!! Keep up the good work and great customer service. Definitely going tonight it’s the tenders for me !!

  Not gonna lie...I was nervous to try this place cause we all know whataburger 10 on main street is the BEST PLACE FOR A BURGER! But this spot was completely amazing! Great customer service and the food believe it or not, was absolutely splendid!!
