When the driver went to the restaurant they said it was closed. I tried calling several times to get sent straight to voicemail and was out $15. I normally live tropical smoothie but this was disappointing considering they still say open even though the restaurant is closed 🙃 not sure if they plan to reopen but I don’t recommend ordering from here through the app because it’ll just get cancelled and you won’t receive a refund.

I don't plan on ever going back. I ordered online from the app. I show up to pick up my order... And the store is closed. Doesn't even look like they even opened at all that day. Their screens are full of orders. They must have an auto accept system, that based on past reviews, no one turns off at all. And trying to get a refund just seems like an actual joke. I'll give it a week and then I'll force a charge back with my credit card and simply never visit again.
