If you are looking for a Chipotle nearby, DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE. Try the one further down 521 near Sun City. Maybe you'll have better luck there.

I pay for EXTRA everything and recieve not even half full bowls like the attached. There have been times I've waited 20+ minutes in the drive-thru, to only have to park and go inside to get my food...not to mention when I do have to go in, there are about 10 teenaged employees just standing around...so the reason for having people waiting in the line that long is beyond me. Don't expect any refunds or true resolution to issues with your food...you'll maybe get a free drink. It's outrageous. Whoever is managing this location needs to STEP IT UP.

I went to the app to talk to someone about this, but they just kept saying that the store was fully open. Over twenty minutes later, a different customer managed to get the attention of an employee and opened the door for me. They said that only the drive through was open, but there was no signage or anything indicating that in the app. I spend almost 20 dollars and my burrito was cold when I got it. When I inquired about a partial refund, all they gave me was a coupon for a free drink. I am not impressed with their customer service at all, as I had to spend 20 minutes talking to a representative only for them to do nothing but say that the store was open when it was not. Not only that, but I ordered the carne asada and my burrito came with the regular steak.
