We arrived at 4:20 in the afternoon to place a take out order. The doors were locked. There was four employees in the store. An employee answered me knocking on the door and we were told that they were short staffed and only accepting online orders.
We said ok and was going to leave but then another employee pulled up and went inside. So, we approached again and asked for the manager. The manager would not come to the door but sent the same employee back to talk to us. We were then told that they were not even able to fill some of the online orders because all of the food bins were empty.
I don't know if this is a franchise or corporate store. Whichever it is, something needs to be done about the "management" of this location.

They are always out of chips but they’ll still charge you for them and then refuse to give you a refund. And the rest of the order is always either wrong or missing items or looks like they stepped on it. Disgusting!

I only eat at Chipotle when they have the special Carne Asada because the chicken isn't great. Sometimes the Carne Asada meat is good but other times it is fatty and doesn't have a ton of flavor for some reason. One issue is that the meat portion sizes vary from employee to employee. I wish they used a measuring scoop for the meat so you get what you are supposed to get. This location is pretty good about having most items in stock, but if they are out of an item I want, I am not happy. If I have stood in line for a few minutes and they are out of any item by the time I get up to order, they should fill my order from the "catering side." I shouldn't have to wait for brown rice, fajita veggies or pico.

forgets things all the time. last time we didn’t have a side of queso. this time missing not only side but chips as well. Not sure how or why this seems to keep happeningX
