I've been there numerous times told no more dark meat, green beans, etc. It's not like the place is a bbq joint that smokes a certain amount of meat each day and when your out, you're out. Although the staff is nice, 3 of the 4 working the drive-thru had no traffic and just on their phones. He asked one of them to help get my order together (me being a walk-in) and nothing happened. He looks at me after some time like why am I still there. He asked that person where my bag was and it wasn't even started. He did it himself after I'm there almost waiting 20 minutes.

Arrived, parked in Curbside spot, and stated in app and through the email that I was there. When app stated food was ready, nobody brought it out. I waited 10 minutes past that time. Gave up and drove through the drive-thru. Lady at drive-thru did not apologize and just stated when they are short staffed, the prepared order ends up sitting there. My food sat in a bag on their counter and would have sat there until who knows when. Manager needs to train staff better or end their curbside altogether.
