  Made a pit stop here while working going to pick up some yard materials to complete a project. Decided to get a nice refresher and this absolutely hit the spot. I got the hibiscus lemonade and it was really good. I ended up going back to get another because it was that good! It’s flavored with hibiscus syrup and lemonade and it was refreshing and hit the spot. Definitely recommend if you like the refresher drinks.

  This is the location we go to the most so we went there last night. We happily greeted the girl that took our order in the drive thru and I could tell by the look on her face this was not going to go well. She responded in an angry tone with “can I have a name”? I said to my husband “whoa”. Every question she asked about our order was with a very nasty attitude as if she hated her job or maybe was having difficulties in her life and didn’t want to be there. I don’t know what her problem was but maybe she should be working in the kitchen and not with customers. She shouldn’t show that to customers. The food was good and the service at the window was pleasant. When we asked the guy outside the pickup window who was running the food to cars if her name was Emma Grace (which was on the receipt) he said “yes”. He then asked if everything was okay and we told him she was very rude and he nicely apologized. That was comforting 😊.

  I supposed its partially my fault for not checking before I drive off, but this is the 3rd time a kids meal for my child got fries instead of mac n cheese and no ice cream cup.

  It’s not often I leave bad reviews on places, but today was just extremely disappointing for a chick fil a. I pulled into the drive thru line when there were almost no cars. Maybe only three up at the window. The worker outside taking orders was leaning against the poles of the awning, sitting on his phone. He was texted somebody for a solid minute until he acknowledged my prescence. There was no hello, welcome to chick fil a, or even any small greeting. Just a “what do you want.”. It’s extremely disappointing to be greeted like this as somebody who is not from the area. He didn’t even look up from the ipad to acknowledge me. He took my order, didn’t read it back nor tell me the total, and didn’t tell me I was good to go. Just took my payment and went back to being on his phone. There was no name tag on his uniform, nor did he seem professionally dressed at all. Shirt was untucked, atop the lack of a name tag. Pulling around to the window, the worker who gave me my food was quite pleasant. He greeted me and was very kind and friendly. I did not want to say anything as to not hold up the cars behind me. That was probably the only positive experience from this chick fil a.

  This store is the worst CFA franchise I have ever seen. It's been on the decline for a good year or more. The restaurant can't keep employees because it is managed so poorly. Because they never have enough staff, they have been closing the doors by 7PM and only allowing drive thru orders, causing wait times as long as 30mins. Of course you don't know this until you show up, find the doors locked, and then get trapped in the drive thru with no possible way to get out. Not to mention the staff makes more mistakes because of the long lines and trying to speed orders up. Corporate needs to do something about this place and Arthur Porter's poor leadership.
