- JMjames martinApr 18, 20261.02 main things… Why when ordering on the app does it take 20-30 minutes to be ready for FAST FOOD? I’m not ordering at a sit down restaurant. Bojangles has gone down hill bad these last few years in customer service.. Secondly, when using the app, Bojangles seems to now be charging a fee to use the app. My total was more than the total at checkout . Insanity. It will be interesting to see how long Bojangles stays in business with their high prices , horrible customer service , and their hidden app fees.
