  Don't order online. My card was charged and the store did not receive my order. There is not a customer service number online, only a bot. Had to send a photo of my bank statement to them and they are suppose to respond back by email. Still haven't received an email. Staff would not give me a number to call. It was filthy inside and they spoke to me like I was an idiot.

  Each time I visit and go through drive thru most the time they say they aren't accepting coupons at the time. They are usually out of meatballs, among other meats to make some of the popular subs, I have yet to get my order correct, when I bring it to their attention they do correct their mistakes and that's on a positive note. When I actually have went inside to order the store is clean and tidy.

  This Subway has been out of various foods for seemingly years...steadily in decline. Past 2 weeks was told new owner and the register is not accepting coupons. Then why does subway send them to us. There must be a way to discount manually. No one seems to care. I was told at beginning of line they were now accepting them just to find out at they weren't at end of line. Was told Didn't have any artificial sweetener packets for unsweetened tea & never had. I know that's not true. Been going there ever since it's been there. Was told things change. Yes seemingly for the worse here. Employees overall courteous. Usually sign on door with long list of what they don't have.Sub was not good. Bought 4 in 2 days. No coupons. Just want to make whoever cares about this subway and Honea Path. Ty.
