Then while waiting, they just cancel our order without saying anything to us. They wasted an hour of our time when our kids were already cranky and tired with no apologies at all.

When we went to the store, they said the driver was on the way, but even by 12 AM there was no delivery. This is extremely disappointing, especially with kids waiting for food for hours. Poor service, wrong status updates, and no accountability. Totally unacceptable.Very bad experience. - SHScott Haskins5 days ago1.0Been to plenty of domino's. Sadly this was probably the worst service I've gotten. Ordered with my app as I always do. Pizza was listed in the tracker as making with a pick up at x. I run other errands and show up 30 minutes after the anticipated time. Guy says if your name is not on the list for pick up it is not ready. Half the staff was stressed out and hald were just standing around joking. Eventually I asked after over an hour that if my food has not been started to just refund me. Food came up a few minutes later. Mostly upset that they were not apologetic and we're lacking basic communication with the customers.

We showed up for carry out and there were a ton of people waiting for their food….that was never made. People also came in saying they didn’t get their delivery. We waited about 45 minutes in lobby to get one pizza.

They said they would take care of it but never made our order. Delivery guy came in saying the calls were messed up for some time. We placed an order (gotta feed family) but were not offered a discount for waiting over 30 minutes. Terrible customer service.
