Been sitting in line for 30 minutes now. The girl taking orders is also running the register and doesn't have the ability to do both. Whoever is making the food and prepping orders must be busy doing anything EXCEPT their jobs. There's no excuse for this. None. Judging from the reviews, the owner doesn't seem to care, either.

I am writing to report a very concerning experience at this McDonald’s drive-through.
I waited in line for approximately 15 minutes. After placing my order (a single Egg McMuffin), I mentioned that there were around 10 cars behind me. When I reached the window, the employee told me she didn’t care and said, “If you don’t like it, too bad.” Her tone and attitude were completely unprofessional.
When I paid, I was handed a receipt that was extremely sticky, which was both unsanitary and inappropriate. It appeared intentional. The order then took additional time, and when I received my food, the employee continued with the same dismissive behavior and told me that if I didn’t like the experience, I should have come inside instead of using the drive-through.
Given her behavior and the condition of the receipt, I did not feel comfortable eating the food and was genuinely concerned it could have been tampered with.
After reviewing other customer feedback, it is clear this is not an isolated incident. Multiple reviews describe similar behavior, and photos in those reviews appear to show the same employee.
This experience raises serious concerns about customer service standards, food safety, and management oversight at this location. I hope corporate leadership will review this matter closely and take appropriate action.

I was here on vacation with my grand daughters Came in to Store#F7093 Plaza Dr Hilton Head Island for breakfast and was very dissapointed with the staff. First observed a unruly staff team member talk loudly to a elderly customer and then refused to help as the elderly man did not know how to use the kiosk eventually another customer came to the rescue to assist but afterwards its when it definitely went down hill. When we put in our order for dine in at the kioskit prompt us to put # of table marker with the order despite waiting for 25 mins for our order ( Mcdonalds standard fast was lacking with this crew). Unfortunately the staff member would rather yell out the order#then bring it to the table. (note:we did not get our receipt from the kiosk) again team member was plain lazy compare to other Mcd's establishment that have a better customer service then this location. Thereafter when we got our order in a bag at the counter not on a tray for dine in and with out fail had missing items syrup and utensils especially for the pancakes. When we asked for the missing items it was definitely a challenge the team member seem bothered with the request. Overall we will not visit this establishment in the future and highly request and recommend that corporate office send a trainer for evaluation and training or yet hire a new crew.
