The woman who works the drive thru in the morning is so rude. Her attitude and the way she spoke to me is terrible.

Miserable employees! I will never visit this McDonalds again and that’s saying a lot because it’s the closest to my job. I did a mobile order and went inside to grab it. The lady handling the orders was very aggressive for seemingly no reason at all to both customers and her coworkers. She kept screaming and I mean screaming the orders out but not turning around to see or listening if the customer was there to except it. She screamed my order out 3 times before I could get her attention. She told the guy beside me to speak up. I told her that I hope her day gets better … she did not like that. I won’t be back but I was suggest maybe keeping her in back and make sure she gets her breaks .. she needs them.. I can’t express enough the amount of anger pouring out of her and filling the building. I’d also recommend having someone who is dedicated to the front end without having to assemble orders at the same time. Some employees are clearly getting overwhelmed and that’s not good for anyone involved.

I placed a mobile order at 10:11 AM for breakfast and ordered 3 items. I drove to the drive thru where they said to pull around and when I did I was told my oatmeal and Iced coffee were ready but because they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 the sausage mcmuffin would have to be replaced. So I said I’d take a cheeseburger. I then pull up and wait more minutes just to be told my whole order was refunded because they switched over to lunch and “cant do anything about it”. Tell me that first, not after waiting, you got me parked out here wasting my time. What happened to making the customer happy? Ya’ll could’ve replaced any of my other items. Either close the mobile app for breakfast earlier or something because 20 minutes is more than enough time to get things together. I’m disappointed because I used to enjoy coming to this Mcdonalds.
