- EMEdward McKaySep 17, 20252.0This is by far the darkest, dingy, dirtiest Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been in in my life. Ripped seats in their booths. Trash at the condiment/napkin counter. Looking behind the counter at the coffee bar and counters, they are covered in spills and the floor is covered in crumbs and spills. When my cashier approached the counter, she didn’t say may I help you she made eye contact and only yes. The person handed me the bag with my filled order, called out what it was and handed it to me. No, thank you thank you for your business or anything. You get the distinct impression none of the staff want to be there. Can’t say that I blame them after my experience, I didn’t want to be there either.

That said, there are a few things that could be improved: • When placing an online order with 3 or more drinks, a carrier should automatically be provided — customers shouldn’t have to ask. • On more than one occasion, the store has run out of sugar. If that happens, customers should be told before the drink is made, since many people expect sugar in their coffee or tea. • When ordering hot tea, it’s often only filled about 3/4 of the way. Customers are paying for a full cup and should receive one. The service is good, but small details like these would make a big difference in the overall experience.
