From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. A very special thank you to Rachel, Brandon, Renata, Talisha, Lisa, and Kayla—each of them played such a key role in making our event a success. They were professional, attentive, and incredibly kind throughout the planning process and day-of execution. Every detail was handled with care, and our guests were raving about the service and atmosphere. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel both supported and genuinely welcomed, but Big Jim’s delivered on every level. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any gathering—whether it’s a casual get-together or a corporate event. We will absolutely be back!

Ready in 20 minutes, order was correct, portions were excellent, food was hot & delicious. All condiments were provided along with utensils. Would eat their food again! Priced reasonable for HHI. 😀
