- JMJim McDaniel3 days ago1.0I had the weakest, watered down cold brew on National Cold Brew promotion ever! Called customer service to complain, they forwarded it the local level saying "they'll reach out"....FAT CHANCE OF THAT HAPPENING! A weeks gone by and nothing, owners and district doesn't care they just harvest money from the tourists. This store is tearing the brand to the ground.
- RRRB5 days ago3.0Went to Hilton Head location. It looks like they are moving as it is very empty and old looking inside. Outside had a shirtless homeless person (I think) in the outside patio area looking in the windows. I can only assume they are closing this store and moving to another location

It is 5:54 Pm at the time of this review and the lobby doors are closed and locked and the drive through has a sign saying the drive thru is closed to go to the lobby. The worker came to the door and stated they were the only one working and they were about to close and would not serve. Beware before you order online, through DoorDash, or waste a drive to the store as this is a common occurrence for this location .
