  EXTREMELY disappointed and Regret spending my money on this Establishment ◇Way overpriced btw!!!◇ Not only did i bring my daughter and buy her stuff there but I also bought about 10 smoothies for myself in the past couple weeks....and ALL of a sudden they wont make me the SAME exact smoothie I have gotten every time!!! It wasn't an issue to make the smoothie with only cherry in it the past 10 times but NOW I get treated like an idiot when I ask for it. guess what I wont be spending another DIME of my money on this overpriced, overhyped, inconsiderate/pathetic excuse of an smoothie store! (And that INCLUDES my family) You should be ashamed of yourself charging 10$ for that shit! I will tell all my friends and friends friends and extended family to avoid this place. If u cant even order a damn cherry smoothie 😤 this place is a joke and a I give yall a year tops in this location, Customer is always right and I didnt ask for much thanks alot!! I ADVISE YALL BUY YOUR OWN FRESH FRUIT AND Blend it up at home the way you want! SAVE YOUR money these ppl dont deserve it!

  A very Clean,and Beautiful environment. Very friendly and down to earth team.. The food and drinks are deliciously amazing. I enjoyed everything..A life changer and A whole game changer. They are Cosmically Divine.

  My adult children stopped in for us. 5 employees including the manager, whom had her child with her. Okay we get it, we have to be parents 1st. Where issues arise really as not one person greeted them for the solid 3 minutes with NO Customers in the store and 2 in the drive through. They literally had to go get back in the car to go order and then they didn’t receive the items they were uncharged for. We work in customer service and have owned restaurant style business. This is not how you want your customers to be treated. We realize everyone will not be 100% each day, but that is not okay for no one on the team to be 100% with zero customers in the store.

  Beyond disappointed with the Tropical Smoothie in Hartsville. My family and I are frequent customers — we come here almost daily — so we know exactly what the smoothies are supposed to taste like. The ones we were given today were completely bland, like someone forgot half the ingredients. They had almost no flavor at all. We went back within two minutes to let them know something was wrong, expecting them to at least check it or remake them. Instead, we were basically told it was “impossible” for the smoothies to lack flavor, as if we didn’t know what we were talking about. That response alone was incredibly frustrating and dismissive. It’s one thing to make a mistake — that happens everywhere. But to immediately deny the issue and make customers feel like they’re wrong is terrible customer service.
