  Ordered food easily, paid and they brought out a bag of food that was wrong. I pressed the button and let them know so she said they will bring out the correct order asap, after waiting about 15+ minutes I had to go to the side door and nobody knew what I was even talking about, nobody was making the correct order and all they kept asking was what stall am I parked at. Ridiculous customer service and manger was right there with not even as much as an acknowledgment of me. Several cars around us received wrong orders and even as I was standing there trying to get mine fixed they were still messing orders up because the car side employees would take food out and bring it back because it was wrong. This place is a joke and say what you want but it’s a waste of time and money to go here. Not even sure how they have 4 star ratings, by the way that was the reason we stopped here. Do better Sonic!

  They weren't very busy at all, it was 8:30pm on a Monday night. I ordered 2 mini blasts and a medium cup of ice, waited 30 minutes, and had to call again to get my order.
