  Beyond disappointed with the Tropical Smoothie in Hartsville. My family and I are frequent customers — we come here almost daily — so we know exactly what the smoothies are supposed to taste like. The ones we were given today were completely bland, like someone forgot half the ingredients. They had almost no flavor at all. We went back within two minutes to let them know something was wrong, expecting them to at least check it or remake them. Instead, we were basically told it was “impossible” for the smoothies to lack flavor, as if we didn’t know what we were talking about. That response alone was incredibly frustrating and dismissive. It’s one thing to make a mistake — that happens everywhere. But to immediately deny the issue and make customers feel like they’re wrong is terrible customer service.

  Lady at the window Attitude but the man on weekdays morning recommended if she going to be there I WILL NOT BE ORDERING NO MORE!!!

  I've never been a smoothie person. This place changed my mind. Great tasting smoothie, wonderful texture, and the service was amazing. There is a broad selection, combo of flavors and fresh made food to choose. I will definitely be a frequent customer.

  I've been multiple times since they came to Hartsville, and the food was on point every time, I'm so glad that opened one here

  Food is so fresh and good. Best Tropical Smoothie I've had in a while. Staff are super friendly and love they have a drive thru!
