  First they had my order wrong, I was supposed to get thin crust,instead I got hand tossed. I called because there was no cheese on half the pizzas and they were burnt, when I called I basically got called a liar,he said he boxed the pizzas himself. So I went back up there with one of the pizzas, cuz they were all the same, I asked to speak with whomever I had just spoken to on the phone, so the young man who gave me my food the first time comes up,I open the box and show him there is no cheese on these pizzas, the whole time I literally pulled the pizza apart showing him there was no cheese while he insisted on saying it was cooked into the bread? Then he says we won't be remaking any pizzas for you. I DID NOT ASK FOR A REMAKE, I WOULDNT WANT ONE FROM YOU. I simply wanted an acknowledgement and explanation on why it was like this. I ask him if he was the manager he told me yes, I asked him his name he refused to give me his name, so if anyone from district reads this please respond. I did not even ask for my money back I simply wanted someone to acknowledge the state of the food they had given to me. It was a large order. To be treated this way and lied to in my face, then to be denied the name of the person claiming they are the manager so I can make a formal complaint to corporate is totally unacceptable and this individual should be held accountable. This person claims they are the manager so at this point I'm just going to have to tell corporate that management treated me this way. If this is how your managers act, unprofessional, and like complete trailer park trash then yall need to do better. Trust me this ain't over. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE, DONT GIVE THEM A CENT OF YOUR MONEY. I only took one Pic I should have taken more sorry.

  Every time I go there’s great customer service the food is always hot and fresh. Wouldn’t change a thing.👌🏾

  I work at a Domino’s in Raleigh N.C first of all. The service was great the pizzas looked awesome. Thank you guys so much!! November 21 2025 8:00 pm I guess some people don’t realize how hard we all work and sometimes we get very busy

  Ordered a pizza for delivery - never arrived ( 1-1/2 hrs later. Called the store and have been on hold for 30 minutes so far. No one is answering the phone. $30 for a freaking pizza ( yes, just one - they have the audacity to charge a delivery fee). The store is only a couple miles away and yes, we tipped generously while ordering. Not the first time we have had issues with this location. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Do not recommend
