I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I experienced today at your Hartsville, SC location.
I went through the drive-thru and placed my order, which included a combo meal. While waiting at the window, I could clearly hear the cashier and other employees using profanity and speaking in an unprofessional manner. Not only was this inappropriate and disrespectful, but it also created a very uncomfortable environment.
When the cashier handed me my food, she did not greet me, did not speak at all, and she failed to give me the drink that came with my combo. She then slammed the window shut without acknowledging me. I remained at the window trying to get her attention, but she would not open it again. Unfortunately, I did not have time to go inside, so I had to leave without the drink I paid for.
This behavior was rude, unprofessional, and reflects poorly on your business. As a paying customer, I expect courtesy, basic communication, and professionalism — none of which were shown during this visit.
I hope this issue is addressed with proper training and follow-up to ensure better customer service in the future.
