Being from out of town we had never been to a Bojangles, and the staff were very understanding and nice to us about it all. Even late on a Sunday. We got great service and wonderful food.

I have several times walked out because no one bothered to come to register and take my order, and I have seen other people walk out. Food ok, but definitely not something to write home about. In my opinion, Corporate needs to come in and clean house, and put workers in that care about the customer.
