- JBJ BMar 13, 20261.0If you want to be waited on by rude disrespectful employees come to this Subway. This young generation (gen x i guess) has a real problem with an attitude, talking too much, and bad customer service. I was standing there at the counter waiting to order. One of the black young girls looked around the corner and just walked away. Then her hispanic young friend did the same thing. I guess talking amongst themselves is more important than paying attention and doing their job. I will not go to this particle Subway again. Ever. I rather they have adult employees working there with a better attitude and discipline than these young people that have a chip on their shoulder and an attitude.

The cashier who was preparing the food ( Jamaira) was on the phone the entire time, so we had to repeat ourselves multiple times. Even after that, the order was still wrong — we asked for onions and she put oil instead. What was worse is that she didn’t see anything strange about it and didn’t seem to care. Very unprofessional and frustrating service. Management should be more careful about who they hire.
