- RSRacheal SketersOct 11, 20251.0I came in with a friend who has a severe onion allergy and we really needed to speak to a person so the order would be right. We were told we have to order at the kiosk when there was 3 employees standing there on their phone who could've helped us. I believe one of them was a manager. So of course we order at the kiosk and of course it was made wrong so when I brought the mistake up to the manager she looked at me like I was stupid when I was explaining what happened. One of the other employees every time I looked at her she was staring at me with a nasty look on her face I don't know what I did to her but it was very uncomfortable. Needless to say they finally got the order right but the burgers were all dried and the corners were burnt and it was just a terrible experience all together. This was about 9:00 at night as well so I guess they don't pay their night crew very well. Y'all got to do better!

Took us about 4 times longer to figure out how to order while the people just looked us while saying the dining room closes in 15 min. Wish our group was able to speak with someone to put an order in as I get the self service side but he experience just sucked! Especially as a group. Other things is the bathrooms were really dirty which makes you question the kitchen. The dining room was not too bad but all the garbage cans were overflowing so you can only assume things get done when they absolutely need to be done and not because there is a schedule in place. I enjoy Wendy’s when on road trips but if I come across this one again I will most likely pass
