If I could give it a zero I would, our food was cold in soggy. Even the French fries that gave us were cold. Everything was cold. It was the worst service ever. I would never, ever recommend this Taco Bell to anybody.

This place has some serious staffing issues. I went last night and sat at the speaker box for 10 minutes. When I pulled up to the window without ordering and asked the girl if I could order there I was told I had to come inside. Today I gave them another try and asked for no tomatoes on the food (im allergic to raw ones) I got my order and there were tomatoes all over it. I was on a lunch break and didnt have time to go back in and have it corrected. The management is awful, they dont care and it unfortunately trickles down to the staff. I work in food and bev and I would be looking for a job if I had the attitude of the people who worked here.

Sat in the drive thru for 5 min waiting for someone to take my order, pulled to the window instead and the worker yelled at me how they weren’t taking orders.
Just letting the line in the drive thru get longer and longer

I'm going to post everything bad when I come to this taco bell till they fix it , i'm a big fan of Taco Bell and this Taco Bell itself is very depressing and said corporation needs to do something about it and fix every problem. Today, the ice machine don't work.

Horrible. Honestly, just eat at the gas station instead — you might get better service. The doors were closed, so dine-in wasn’t even an option. Pulled into the drive-thru and immediately got hit with:
“Hi, CaN yA hEaRsfgEy mEafC mObBsGe oRdEvAh”
…literal gibberish.
I said, “Can you repeat that?” and they responded with MORE gibberish:
“wEhFsG dOn’T sHoW dO mOnStEr oRdEsGsH.”
At that point, I just gave up and tried to order anyway. Then they interrupted me and suddenly, magically, spoke English:
“WE ONLY TAKE MOBILE ORDERS.”
Finally. Words.
I was already annoyed, but I was hungry, so I pulled over, placed an online order, paid, and went back through the drive-thru. Same thing ... more gibberish ... so I just said my name for the order. Silence. For like five full minutes. No response. Nothing.
So I pulled up to the window. After they took their sweet time, we finally got the food. It looked like they dumped an entire gallon of sauce on it (not complaining about that part). But then we opened the salad bowl… HALF FULL. No black beans. NONE.
It was $10.
Overall? 1 star. Go here if you’re bored and want to waste your time.
