Poor just horrible we came inside to tell them our food was not up to par I get it this is McDonald’s but money is money my nuggets felt like a brick we never was greeted by an employee to even acknowledge we were there then had to wave down manager to get her attention about our food she seemed bland while the rest of our food was still cold we waited 15 mins plus only nuggets were replaced the rest of the food was left as is

It's so weird at McDonald's in the south. I've never seen so many people with such a bad attitude. I politely asked the person who delivered the food to my table if they had any salt and ketchup she just looked at me walked away. I thought she heard me. So she walked by again to deliver more food and I asked her politely for that. Wouldn't even acknowledge me. Unfortunately this is a common theme I've encountered. I'm sure I'll have the typical corporate blah blah blah response below
