There was also a guy who had already been waiting over 30 minutes for his order, which says a lot. The staff didn’t seem to know the difference between an iced matcha and a frozen matcha, and my husband's drink was wrong too. We ordered a cold brew and got espresso instead, then they said they were out of cold brew after giving me the drink. That should’ve been mentioned beforehand. Overall the place felt really disorganized with long waits and lots of confusion.

The staff were very disorganized and not friendly. Not worth $30. We will not be coming back to this Dunkin!
- JJJessNov 28, 20251.0Put in a $10 mobile order, just wanted coffee for our drive back to NY. We pull behind 2 cars in the drivethru. After 15 minutes no one had said anything at the speaker, and now cars are lining up behind us so were literally trapped. After maybe 20 minutes I finally got out and went to the front door ( which said they were open until 8pm, and I could see workers hanging out inside!!) but the doors were locked. At this point other angry people are converging out front as well. I knocked on the door and they very intentionally ignored me. i walked back to the car, which was still stuck in the drivethru with my husband. When the car in front finally gave up we got on the thruway, now VERY ANNOYED. I found their number and called, a girl answered and said, "Oh....my headset wasnt on....you can come get it now its ready." I explained it was too late, i was nearly 30 minutes north, I just wanted my money back! She said, "I dont know how to do that". What DO you know how to do?! Its clearly not a fluke because every bad review going back MONTHS says the drivethru wasn't answering and the front doors were locked!!
