This location no longer exists. There is a Subway and Taco Bell here now.

What a waste of time. No one at the counter, no acknowledgement from the people at subway, we waited 15 minutes for nothing. No sign to indicate if we were supposed to tell the subway people we wanted DQ.
I had to cross the traffic with my 35 foot fifth wheel and we were only going there for DQ. It is a terrible place for RV parking too. Great set up for big rigs.
Prices for fuel were $.30 per gallon higher than the sprint across the road too.

Left alot to be desired! Rushed.from the beginning. Food was not up to usual Dairy Queen expectations.

So rude. The Dairy Queen in Richmond Hill had messed up my blizzard and we were driving north and didn't realize until we were well on our way. Stopped by this Dairy Queen asking them if they could fix the mistake (it was a small blizzard, wouldn't break the bank for them to just do it... it's ANOTHER DAIRY QUEEN) and the guy REFUSED telling me "it's not my problem". Seriously? You're a Dairy Queen. Blizzards cost the company about 15cents. You're going to lose customers for life, get a bad review, and get reported over a small blizzard that another Dairy Queen screwed up? Like I get it, YOU PERSONALLY didn't make the mistake but your chain did. It's the same company.
I showed him my receipt and the FULL blizzard and everything. There was no line, he wasn't doing anything else, just felt like being a jerk I guess. I work in customer service. When a store is a chain, and a customer had an issue at another chain, I fix the problem with a smile.
I called corporate and they told me he should have just fixed it for me.
Unbelievable.
