As a regular Subway customer, I also found that the food quality here is not as good as at other Subway locations. Overall not satisfied.

While I understand that might not be an option, I was lectured on how to order in the future instead of simply being told it wasn't possible. It felt unnecessary and made me feel like an annoyance. I just don’t think customer service is her strong suit. The worst part? She was adamant about giving it to me anyways, despite me saying not to worry about it. But when I got home, nothing. I would have gone next door to get some had I of known.
