  The drive through is backed up to the road and has been for a long time you got an employee out here , smoking cigarettes and another employee taken boxes out... Y'all need to learn how to protize customers... still weighting....

  I’ve been doing DoorDash deliveries at this location for a long time. Before, after 10 PM during late-night hours, there used to be a designated pickup door for delivery drivers, which made the process much faster and more efficient. It always worked perfectly. However, lately that door has been closed most nights, so drivers have to wait in the car line for a long time. Many orders are already pre-packaged and just sitting there, and by the time we finally pick them up, they’re cold and customers end up dissatisfied. I hope this can be reviewed and that the pickup process can go back to working like it used to. This has always been an excellent store with great service.

  Walked in to order and after 3 employees ignored me one finally said “we are in the middle of shift change” and walked away!!! Finally, after more employees ignoring me, one person finally took my order!!! Completely unacceptable!!!
