My husband went to this restaurant 11/10/25 to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary. The food was amazing and cooked as exactly as we asked. It was delicious. Our server was Vicki and let me tell you she went beyond the call to take care of us. The sweetest person ever and she made our evening so special. The atmosphere was ok. This is the reason for 4 stars. The dinning area is way too cramped. My husband and I found it hard to have a conversation for the table very close by being very loud. The entire dinning room is cramped to much. We would definitely return for another visit. High recommend making a reservation prior to visit.

My wife & I decided to try Rick Erwin's in Greer for our anniversary based on the overall positive online reviews. I don't know if we caught them on an off night, or if maybe we didn't order the correct food, but our impression of the food was not on par with other reviews. First we chose this location based on options they were showing on their menu online, only to find the menu on their website wasn't correct. Overall the taste of the food was not what we were expecting for the price point. Maybe it was just personal preference, but neither of us felt like the food we received was worth what we paid. Honestly part of each of the entrees that we ordered we simply didn't not eat because of the way they tasted. The redeeming aspects were the services, which was very attentive and the ambiance which was nice, but based on our personal experience, the food was not on the same level and was lacking. Based on the experience we had with the food, I would personally say it is simply not worth what you end up paying.

We have gotten in the habit of celebrating big ocassions at Rick Erwin's West End. We decided to check out the Greer location for the first time earlier this week. We both left feeling like the Greer location is our new go-to! We loved the intimate feel of a smaller dining room and bar area. Even with the smaller size and chill vibe, the atmosphere remains elevated. Vicki and her team did an amazing job serving us. Mr. Erwin even popped by to say hello. Everything about the quality and atmosphere felt consistent with the West End Grill. We loved it.

This place was horrible. I first looked at the menu to see what the prices were and they were through the roof! $68 for a ribeye. Me and my family waited 1 hour and a half for our food. I got the salmon and it was of a dollar bill folded in half. This salmon was average at best. My strongly recommended to not go here

Great service and atmosphere, expected much more from food for the money spent, but it is my personal preferences.
