  Reading through some of these reviews just tells me you have never worked in restaurants or customer service roles dealing with the public (mainly people like you). A lot of you are complaining about them not accepting your $50 or taking orders only through drive thru and so on. This is not because the kids are lazy or can not do basic math. This is most likely company policy. To the lady who screamed at the young adults- shame on you. This is probably first jobs for a lot of them. They are just doing as they were trained and instructed. The food quality is not their fault either. That’s like blaming the server at the restaurant for the cook preparing your steak wrong. Do better or stay at home. I have been visiting this location for years. They always greet my family and me with smiles. They do their best to get my order the way I like it. If it is ever not correct, I calmly let them know and they are happy to correct. I never yell at them or call them names. However, it is very rare that my order is not how I prefer. I hope the team sees this and know they are doing a great job. I promise not everyone that comes in there are such ungrateful, unappreciative, self centered people. Keep being awesome!

  Why on earth is there Flamenco music playing in here?!? It's all in Spanish for one thing. But it's a particular taste, def not for everyone. So why play it in your PUBLIC establishment? It's also really loud. It's 8am and I'm trying to have my coffee in peace. Not with Mexican music blaring. So loud, even with my Bluetooth ear buds in with other music it was still loud. Also, many people came in, in the hour I was here. Not one stayed. Why not Italian opera or Celtic music? Anything else.

  1 bacon egg and cheese croissant with hash browns and a medium black. Cinnamon raising bagel toasted with hash browns and a medium ice Blueberry. 3-5 minutes at window handed food, checked bag was missing bagel and hash browns. I offered to pull forward to be courteous to the long line behind me. Another 3-5 minutes comes out with a bag of food, missing hash browns. She returns to the store and comes back out to tell me you weren’t charged for them, come inside and reorder if want them…bagel was thrown away it was horrible…
