  The pizza is EXTREMELY hit and miss. I mean extremely. One time you'll swear it's the best pizza you've had in years and then the next few times will be absolutely horrendous. There's no consistency whatsoever. Plus, they've been skimping on the toppings like crazy as well. I, for one, enjoy mushrooms on my pizza. So I get mushrooms and all I find are about 10-12 chunks of square half inch mushroom pieces on a large pizza. They're so small you dont even know they're there. Which is a shame because Dominos always had the best fresh mushrooms that you could actually taste. Not anymore! And dont even think about adding "extra" of the same topping. You will literally get the EXACT same amount as a "normal" portion but they sure wont forget you charge you double for those extra toppings. I've tested this many times to be sure. I only kept going back for the odd time for when the pizza was exceptional. I kept thinking that maybe today will be good. I was stuck chasing that good pizza that I know they're capable of but I dont think I can do it anymore. The final straw was that I ordered a pizza 4 HOURS in advance for a specific time. I drive there only to be told that they're busy and that it'll be another 30 minutes before I get it. WHAT'S THE POINT OF ORDERING IN ADVANCE?? I asked the cashier that question and all I get was "Idk. I'm not the manager". They didn't care at all. It angered me even further when I look at the orders on the TV in the lobby and see some were done. So, unless those orders were pre-ordered even earlier than 4 hours in advance, it doesnt make any sense otherwise why mine wouldn't be done on time. I made them give me my money back and I walked out.

  Polite, patient, helpful staff. Big order done quickly. We were confused by online choices. We ordered in person and sat in car in that there were no dining tables. Still hot by time we hot home.

  This locations has the worst employees I have ever encountered, Ordered from this location tonight, the employees were very impolite, the worker on the phone even made fun of my name at some point. I asked to speak with the manager due to the guy on the phone being so rude, he said the manager was beside him too busy. We cancelled our order and I will never order from this location again.

  Pizza was okay but did not compensate for the poor quality of the wings; bone-in buffalo wings shouldn't taste like cheap bacon. Absolutely some of the worst wings I've ever had. They were also not cooked all the way through and were almost ice cold to the touch. I've been coming to this location for years, and am quite taken aback by how far the quality of the food has fallen, both in terms of ingredients and preparation.
