  don’t waste your time going there their dining room is closed because they’re understaffed good way to run business off. It’s not like they serve you your food anywhere.

  Serving cold food isn’t okay we come for fresh food fries are cold and dry on top of hard not 1 plate of fries but 3 plates of fries tenders we’re not fresh they were barley warm my boyfriend asked for a burger as a meal and bbq tenders just the tenders she told him she couldn’t do that but when I got tenders she asked me if I only want tenders or if I wanted a meal instead she had us get 3 meals instead of pointing him in the right direction and telling him and he can a 4pc plain tender with bbq w I loved DQ she also didn’t say nothing about a tender meal with a cone for 7$ once again not pointing customers in the right direction or possible just seeing if that would be something the customer is interested in getting sadly she looks and sounded miserable I’ve worked in the food industry so I definitely know what old fries look like please get your staff to fix what they are doing I enjoy DQ and would like to come back but not with how things turned out tonight

  Son ordered barbqd chicken nuggets. Photo showed chicken nuggets in barbq sauce. He received plain chicken nuggets not even with a small sauce added to bag. I ordered Chili cheese dog. Received a plain chili dog. I put a little cheese from home on it. It was so overcooked by the microwave that the hotdog was hard to chew. Called the store and was told to come back and they would refund. Also, DQ get their hotdogs already cooked but frozen. They turn around and REcook them in the microwave to make them hot. Honest to God it was like biting into a Slim Jim but not as tasty. We are NOT driving back another 15 minutes for the refund. That would be a total of an hour travel time and gas for a $15 order.

  Went through the drive thru. I got 2 of the crispy onion burgers meal and asked for no cheese on one. When I got home neither burger had the onions, the meat tasted "off", the fries tasted like the oil they were cooked in was old, and everything was cold.
