Had an in-store pick up and the doors were locked and the drive thru is slow so your food is cold by the time you get it. This was us trying them for the 4th time and it’s always something.

I ordered on DoorDash and just received a vanilla milkshake (which I don’t like) and they wrote on the top “no choc left.” Couldn’t even improvise with some chocolate sauce or something? 2 items were supposed to have chocolate ice cream and we received vanilla. It’s not even close to closing time either. I’m really disappointed.
