Could be a red flag for unclaimed behaviors in the kitchen which could contribute to food related sickness. Had they said something they would have found out I don't eat thighs. And this was the manager that took my order.

Well this is the second time we have tried using the app and we check in on the app that we are here and then no one comes out and our food is just sitting on the counter!!! The lady today said we need to call them to let them know we are here?! What is the point of the app then!??? They just don’t wanna go outside and they don’t care and will leave you sitting outside no matter if you check in or call the store they not answering the phone! Everyone in here got an attitude like they woke up on the wrong side of the bed. The order is ALWAYS WRONG !!!
