  We had just gotten off a flight and stopped in for food, expecting the usual friendly service. Unfortunately, that was not our experience at all. The staff seemed completely disengaged, almost like they were in their own world. After finally placing our order, we asked for specific sauces. When my husband picked up the bag, none were included, so he politely asked about them. The employee was extremely rude—she ignored him while calling out another order and never acknowledged that he was still standing there. This was easily the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced at this restaurant. There was no “my pleasure,” no courtesy, nothing—just the bag handed over without a word. What made it even more disappointing was that the manager on duty allowed this behavior, and the rest of the staff seemed to follow the same attitude. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

  Pésimo servicio al cliente y en cima aggression contra sus propios trabajadores Julianna creo q se llama empujo a su compañero mientras una compañera de ella me tomaba la orden, no recomiendo este lugar🤦🏽‍♂️

  Eat at your own risk!!!! Earlier this week, we were flying out and my son got chicken minis. He said they looked off and were wet. He ate one and threw it away. 5 minute later his stomach was burning then 15 minutes later he was throwing up. He threw up 3 times in the span of 20 minutes and then was done. We had to cancel our trip (at that time we didn’t know he wasn’t going to be sick anymore). There is something really wrong with the quality at this location. A year ago we got nuggets that tasted and smelled off, like it was cooked in a bad/old batch of oil so we threw them away. While this doesn’t affect my loyalty to chik fil a, I can honestly say we will never eat it at the GSP airport again.

  My son got minis for breakfast, said they didn’t look right, and almost immediately got sick after eating only one. We had to cancel a trip because he was unable to board a plane. This is second, similar experience with this location. I don’t recommend!!!

  Manger faith hubbard is not representing chick fil a very well , she seems on edge and unhappy . you walk to front counter and all the workers walk away or turn around , no one seems to want too take orders . Very few workers are friendly and seem like they want to work .
