  Well use to love this place . Last time I was there it was horrible. Food , service, and quickness were horrible

  Ordered a large burger meal 2 ham sliders and one roast beef slider a 5 pc jalapeño popper and 3 pc tenders no sauce my meal was to include a large curly fry and sprite to my surprise git home no burger a roast beef sandwich ie not happy at all this arbys is I hate to say inconsistent if the right person in th window it's fresh and on point but today as in a few past times this year is hit or miss today was a big miss cold fries old tenders asked 4 horsey got 0000 today's fate and time 4/18/26 ordered around 335 pm not happy paid 30$ no big deal if I get what I ordered but yet again I got a bag of bs

  The employees were all on their phone and talking and ignored that we were there to place an order. We left.

  Well first off I was waiting in drive thru for almost 20 minutes I ordered four beef and cheddar sandwiches and two orders of fries and they didn't tell me that they were out of Arby's sauce or let me know how much it was going to be for the order then he said 33 $ and some change and I was shocked he never said anything about getting a combo meal and it would been cheaper I was very disappointed and couldn't even eat the sandwiches because it had to much cheese and was soggy no napkins or Arby's sauce so UPSET 😭 I want my money back!!!

  My friend T is a wonderful worker at Arbys. I love this specific Arbys's because of his kindness and friendliness.
