  We’ve been to Whataburger many times in Florida and it is our favorite fast food burger - we love them. Always done perfectly and delicious. When Whataburger came to Greenwood we were excited. The first couple of times things were okay - not perfect like we expected. We’ve given the Greenwood location a chance 12 times now. Truthfully it has gotten worse each and every time. Cold food, missing condiments, missing bacon, squished buns, undercooked fries, no mustard… the picture shows a hunk of tomato put on a burger. Instead of thinly sliced it was an inch thick of unripe, green, hard tomato which should have been thrown out. That was the last chance. The lady at the drive-in window was nice. We will never again try the Greenwood location please close it down you are ruining your reputation.

  Poor customer service- yakking with co-workers & ignoring the line waiting to order. Hamburger had soon much mustard- all you could taste.

  The food was great. Everything came out hot and fresh. We customized everything and got exactly what we ordered. While we were eating, they came around and asked how we were doing, offered us coupons, and were giving out samples of their new milkshake. We will definitely be back.

  shout out to amandas team tonight. went through the drive thru and ordered a number 5 meal my way and a spicy chicken salad. received it very quickly. food was hot and fresh. ill be back!

  Was visiting town for work and found this location. The store is very clean. The staff was very friendly. Service was fast in order was accurate. Thank you to the manager on duty for personally assisting me during my visit today would definitely recommend.
