Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Customers generally enjoyed the burgers, but many reported issues with fries being cold or overcooked.

I have been to Whataburger in Greenwood 2 times. Went inside both times and was greeted with a warm friendly smile by those working the front. My food on both visits was hot and fresh. Just wanted to say thank you for good food and good service.

Haven't been back since early experiences.
Here is the problem: as consumers, we let restuarants get away with high prices, poor quality food with no concern for the taste or temperature. Service is bad because most the workers just don't want to be there. Until we stop patronizing them, this will go on .....no incentive to change. We can change things if we stick together

The workers are so unprofessional at the speaker. The drive thru takes forever!! Waited 10 mins at the furthest speaker and had to move into the other lane just for someone to take my order.

The service is awful. I have been here multiple times, middle of the day, middle of the night, early morning, dinner time and it's always the same thing. Waiting 20-30 minutes for my food. When I DoorDash from here as a Dasher I'm waiting the same amount of time because they wait until the Dasher gets there to start the order. No drink carrier almost every time. And the boy who has the dreads I guess you could call them tied up and the tattoo on his neck that seems to say "Angelio" or something like that is ALWAYS rude, staring and saying some off handed things. Greenwood Whataburger is honestly one of the worst places I have ever been
