Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Customers frequently reported long wait times, often exceeding 30 minutes, both in the drive-thru and inside the restaurant.
Food Quality
Mixed reviews on food quality; some customers enjoyed the burgers while others found them dry, overcooked, or poorly assembled.

Staff were described as friendly and polite, but there were numerous complaints about rudeness and lack of professionalism from management.
Order Accuracy

Overall a 1 star. This place is bad. Even worse than Popeyes haha. Ordered my food on the app. Waited too long for my food to be brought out. Went inside and was told that my food had been ready. But really it wasn't. Missing many items, wrong items, etc. there were pissed off people everywhere that evening lol. So the atmosphere was not great. But at least the owner offered me a free meal and a promise that things would change 😂 good luck.

The food is great but the service needs polishing, a little more training in customer communication and service. Now if they were hired from the high school detention center I'd understand the lack of courtesy and vocabulary.

Food is okay, but the service is poor. if the management doesn't want to care about customer service than it is time for new management and all around staff. waited 20 minutes in the drive thru at 5am when there was only 2 cars infront of me. when asked about it the manager was rude and tried blaming others for her lack of leadership.

No Big Meat. Can someone explain this to me? As soon as I was about to order, the associate stated to me that we dont have any big meat. I said what does that mean. She said you can not order any of the big burgers, numbers 1-6. That is strange, I thought you were a burger place. I said ok what can I order? You can order the Jr burgers and everything else. So I did. Then I get my order, and everything was stuffed inside a bag that looks big enough for a thing of fries. Serious. I guess they were out of big bags as well.

I have gone here 3 different times and waited 20 minutes only to have to leave because no one would take my order. Very poor service… from what I’ve heard the staff are rude when you do get them to address you. Probably one of the saddest new additions to Greenwood
