Customer service is not good. I started eating Wendy's in the atl and they taste nothing alike. Girl hands in drive thru was dirty it was on my cups and debit card. Never again

Did a door dash order and my dasher waited for 25 minutes and I had placed my order an hour and a half ago. Tried calling the store and nobody answered of course.

Waited in line for like 20 minutes no one on loudspeaker and then pulled up to window waiting another 10 minutes props to the dude in the red shirt for actually coming to the window and asking what we needed!

Had to wait 30 mins for everything in my order to be WRONG. Messed up the entire order, left out food. This was my second time trying this place. The first time was just as disappointing. Don’t eat here smh.
