From employees who are gossiping right in front of customers to consistently getting orders wrong, as well as issue with their supplies (2 out of every 5 visits they’re out of sauce), I don’t know why anyone bothers coming here. The other location in town is much better. Eventually I’ll learn my lesson and stop giving this place my money. Also - don’t bother ordering ahead on the Bojangles’ app. They ignore the orders and typically don’t cook it until you show your order confirmation to a supervisor.
