  arrived at 6:25 in the drive thru to pick up order with details stated to staff. And was told I’d have to come inside to pick up. That’s fine, I pulled around parked and came inside to no one taking orders or even to be seen with someone else already in line to place their order. Eventually someone comes and asks if I’m the door dasher, no I placed my own order online and supposedly is ready for pick up, for Trysten S. My order was placed 30 mins prior to arrival. The cashier proceeded to tell me the person on the frier stated it was going to be 25-30 mins as they had no chicken ready and was battering some just now. So, from my understanding it was going to take my order one hour to be ready since being placed. I was not offered an alternative chicken option or even an apology for the inconvenience. I asked for a refund and she said I would have to request that online. With all of this I decided to leave the “fast food” restaurant unsatisfied and without food for my children or a refund. I then pulled around once more to the drive through to get the managers name to put with this complaint. The cashier proceeded to tell me there is a 30 mins wait on chicken if you would like to go ahead with my order. I said no I do not need to place a order I would like the managers name. The speaker went silent and the manager begins walking up to my car and saids “you want my name?” -aggressive obviously. I responded yes. She said Britney and proceeded to laugh as I pulled off… I then went half a mile down the road to your competitor KFC spending a additional $32 for the same meal taking them five minutes to prepare. With all this being said, I am extremely disappointed with the events occurring tonight and would hope you make a change as these very events are causing loss of money for your company and valuable customers. I will not say I am boycotting your company but I will be taking a break from visiting this establishment as we as relaying to others my experience and hope for change.

  I don't know how the food was . Pulled up to drive thru ordered biscuits . Told they didn't have any biscuits . So I tried to order chicken meal they said if have to wait for the chicken too so I chose to just pull off. Pretty ridiculous they had not only no breakfast item but no chicken either .

  Went into lobby before noon. Drive through wasn’t that busy. Waited over 10 min at front to just be able to place an order. If you want to dine in consider going through drive through and coming inside lol. Food is good as Bojangles is, drive through service is much better but they need to figure out how to incentivize the workers to also serve the lobby here.

  The last three times going here, they either got My order wrong or I had to wait forever (45 min. On one occasion). Will not return.
