  This is the worst establishment i have even been to. the service was absolutely horrendous. Not once was I greeted with a smile or even acknowledged with one. I was yelled at through the speaker as if it was my fault for their end not working. I also waited over 45 minutes for 2 BoBerry biscuits and was never updated on how long they would take. I had to go inside to finally get them after one employee came out and said they were bringing them to me (I went in 15 minutes after i just waited 20 minutes for them). When I walked in to get my order, one of the employees loudly announced that I had walked in looking for my order as if me coming in was a burden. Never again will I visit this Bojangles and I hope anybody that does has a much better experience than I did. 0/10 never recommend

  Waited way too long at the ordering counter. As well as 1 other guy. Someone told the girl she had custets at the counter and she said they will wait. I should have left but like an idiot, I stayed. Finally took our order. Waited at the pick up area the lady making biscuits tried to get them "kids" to get busy and stop fooling around but it was useless, they was goofing off and it was frustrating. We chose BOJANGLES to get food when there is soon many places we could have went... food is good but your workers are there for your money, not your best interest.... SHUT THE PLAY GROUND DOWN, GET SERIOUS or customers will leave and so will your business. Its a shame!!

  I have never eaten at a Bojangles like this one. Not friendly, trash cans running over,dust pan with trash all in it and around it,bathrooms nasty,ask about getting Pepsi Zero and they didn't have any and my husband's chicken was cold. They where busy talking about what all happened at the club last night. Won't be visiting the Bojangles ever again

  The low rating is purely because EVERY TIME I go here, even after placing a mobile order and going to pick it up at assigned time, I am told to pull up to the double doors to wait because they are cooking chicken. Well duh, they’re a chicken restaurant! Have chicken available! I’m sitting here now, waiting 30 + minutes since I placed my online order, after being told at the window that the cooks just got here. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
