It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Nothing like receiving the world's most absolute worst service every time you come here. Currently, stuck in the drive through for 15 minutes at breakfast and haven't even made it to the speaker. I'm only the second car. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Worst experience in my life rude management very poor costumer service after waiting 37 minutes for 2 taquitos they came burn and when I ask for replacement the manager said that it will be another 30 minutes this is the new reality for Whataburger don’t go here if you don’t want to waste your time

I had a great dine-in experience at Whataburger recently. From the moment I walked in, the place was clean, well-lit, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and efficient, making sure my order was taken quickly and accurately.

Took 25 minutes to get our meal in the drive through. Came out with no bacon when we paid extra for it. Only good thing was the fries were hot. But not worth the wait. This is my 3rd and last time giving Whataburger a try. Every time it’s like this in multiple locations here and in boiling springs.

I had a great experience at the Whataburger drive-thru recently. The line moved quickly, and everything felt organized and efficient. What really stood out, though, was the excellent customer service I received from an employee named Joshua.
Joshua was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming from the moment he took my order. He spoke clearly, got everything right the first time, and even made sure to double check my order before I pulled away. It’s not often you come across someone who brings that level of positivity to a drive-thru interaction, but Joshua definitely did.
When I got my food, everything was fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. Combined with the great service, it made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Big thanks to Joshua and the team for making my visit a really positive one I’ll definitely be back!
