  One Star for one very specific reason. This review isn't a reflection of the Greenville location specifically, but rather Topgolf's overall booking policy and procedures. Specifically the fact that there's no option to choose or reserve a specific bay level when you book in advance. You simply show up and get whatever is available at that moment. I really wanted to play on the top level and was fortunate enough to get the middle level, which was okay, but if I had been assigned a bottom level bay, I wouldn't have enjoyed the experience at all and would have even considered canceling and leaving. After driving almost two hours to get there and paying Topgolf's premium prices, being stuck on the ground level would have been extremely disappointing. At that point you're essentially paying full price for what basically a fancy (or even just normal) driving range, you lose the elevated views, atmosphere, and entire experience that make Topgolf so special. It feels like Topgolf intentionally keeps bay selection levels off the booking system so they can always hold some bays open for walk-ins. They make a ton of money on spontaneous customers who just show up (especially on busy nights), so they treat online bookings like 'you get whatever we have left' on purpose. That may be a smart revenue move for them, but it’s unfair to the people who plan ahead and book in advance, especially those of us who specifically want the top level and are willing to commit early. With how much it costs and how far some of us have to travel, it’s simply too risky of a gamble. That’s exactly why I hesitate to go back at all. I simply don’t want to take that chance again and end up disappointed after the travel and expense. I feel bad for those playing on the ground level, I wouldn’t even call that "Topgolf" it’s Bottomgolf! and thats what they should call it on the ground level. Until Topgolf updates their system to let customers select their preferred bay level at the time of booking, I won't be going back, which is unfortunate because I really enjoyed it. The difference in experience between the levels is simply too significant to leave it completely to chance. I hope they make this change. I really wanted to play on the Top level.

  We were in town for a baseball tournament and came here for a team outing. Service was great. Staff attending to our needs in a timely manner. There is plenty of seating all around the facility. The atmosphere was great for families and people of all ages. Will definitely revisit this location.

  Booked online for 10:30 but was directed to 11:15 due to unavailability. We arrived about 10:20 because we were in the area. Lady at the front desk was very pushy. Told her we had a reservation and would wait. The shuffle board table was gone. We ended up starting our game at 10:30. The place was almost deserted so not sure why I was retired to wait until 11:15 online. Overall the game was fun. Courtney was our host. She was great, not pushy. She was informative about an upcoming bday party. No food, just drinks this time. All in all was a good experience. We will be back for the bday party.

  The service, staff, and overall experience here were honestly 5-star. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made the visit enjoyable. Unfortunately, the food is a completely different story. While the food actually tasted great at the time, I ordered the chicken nachos and wings, and later got severe food poisoning along with a gastrointestinal illness. I was sick for 5 days straight and missed Easter as a result. A friend of mine who also ate the wings got sick as well. That’s not a coincidence. Because of how long I waited, I didn’t pursue legal action, but I will never eat at this location again. I strongly recommend avoiding the chicken wings here.

  So I'm going to be honest - the food was good. My family enjoyed the experience. It was fun. Now the negatives... we made reservations but due to traffic we were about 30 minutes late. The website says to call and let them know if you'll be late. We called 3 different numbers to no avail - it was impossible to get ahold of them. They would not refund the reservation money we spent and it was not cheap. The waitress we had seemed to want attention. She was too attentive (every 5 minutes) in my opinion and always directed her service and questions at the men... I noticed this with the booths next to ours as well. Wayyy to flirtatious and it made it awkward for my husband, he actually tried to avoid her. This is family oriented fun - waitresses please include the wives when addressing the customers. We control the tip just as much as the men.
