  This company has some scammy stuff going on. It borders on criminal to upcharge customers for replacing items which are either the same price or less expensive than the item being switched out, e.g., guacamole replaced with diced tomatoes or pico de gallo replaced with diced tomatoes. Especially when that upcharge is an entire dollar. You're already facing lawsuits in multiple states for overcharging for product. This is a company-wide problem. Fix your system. Stop letting these corporations get away with this.

  Taco Bell, for the most part, is always consistent. My food today at this location was great and the service was even greater. I’m not sure of her name, but the lady that was working today was super nice and had great customer service skills!

  Excellent, quick, and friendly service from Ursala working the drive thru. She gave great service with a smile and a bubbly attitude. She was a breath of fresh air, especially compared to most fast food employee attitudes I've encountered while doordashing.
