Pulled into a long line, waited 10 minutes to get to the ordering screen, get told "sorry we aren't taking drive thru orders today, you'll have to come in or leave" but I'm already trapped from the line of cars behind me and in front of me. I end up waiting 30 more minutes in line because the people in line ahead of me took forever to get their food. And then I head the people behind me take their orders, which the drive thru accepts. So I had to spend 40 minutes in line just to not get any food. Missed my entire lunch break. I'm not sure if the cashier has a vendetta against me specifically, or what.
