I wasn’t able to pick up my sandwich the day I ordered it and had trouble canceling the order. My order got lost in the system so the manager Stephanie reached out to me to help resolve the situation. And I asked if it would be possible for me to come get my sandwich the next day instead, and she said that would be fine and she asked me how I wanted my sandwich made, and I asked if I could pick it up at 4:45.
So I arrive at the store and the employee immediately knew I was there for my online order and got to work on it immediately! The employee was also very friendly and quick with my order! All over 10 out of 10 experience! Thank you Stephanie and team! 🤩

Had a mobile order get there and they had put my cold bottle drink in the bag with a hot sandwich. So I got a hot drink and a cold sandwich. Generally they tell me to get the drink from the cooler... unacceptable

I am a frequent customer at this location and have generally had positive experiences, which is why I feel it’s important to share this feedback. During my recent visits, I encountered concerning behavior that I believe should be addressed.
The employee who typically works in the morning has been consistently rude in her interactions. On multiple occasions, her tone and demeanor have felt dismissive and unwelcoming, which is disappointing as a regular customer.
Additionally, during my last two visits, a customer was allowed to have a dog inside the store positioned very close to the food preparation and pickup area, including near the counter where completed orders were placed. Allowing an animal so close to food and food service surfaces raises serious sanitation and health concerns.
I understand that service animals are permitted under certain guidelines; however, animals should not be placed on tables or in close proximity to prepared food. As a customer, this made me uncomfortable and concerned about food safety standards.
I am sharing this feedback in hopes that it will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately. I value this location and would like to continue supporting it, but professionalism and sanitation are very important.

The darn political radio that they have BLASTING inside the restaurant is unsettling. Definitely an uncomfortable environment.

If I could leave a review with out ZERO stars I would. The woman man whoever that was making my sub I had to almost argue with the person making my sub that I don’t want my mayo on my bread. I finally asked the employee are you not able to make my sub how I am asking???? And who ever the employee had on her earphones was even asking why they were making me put mayo on my bread. Every time this person is working it’s always an issue. DO BETTER SUBWAY! I’ll be calling corporate later AGAIN sadly.
