  I ordered chicken burrito and it was not good. The meat was was like chewing on little pieces of rubber, low quality, full of gristle. Upon looking at other reviews, it seems like numerous other customers had the same experience. Qdoba responded to them apologizing but has done NOTHING to make any changes.

  Just left here and the food was very good and flavorful,I got a brisket birria bowl the meat was good not chewy and over cooked like Chipotle,plenty of topping choices,my daughter got a steak bowl kids meal again meat cooked to perfection not hard and chewy,and my other daughter got a adobo chicken bowl and loved it(the even let her sample the 2 chicken choices before ordering).Now let me get to the employees,all of them we spoke to were very polite and knowledgeable and since it was our first time eating here took the time to help us order and gave us great suggestions,they asked us how we liked our food when we were finished eating,very friendly and the rest was very clean.We will definitely be back thanks to the employees great hospitality and the great food.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) Had a mixed experience here. It was very busy when we went, which may have played a role, but my meal was a bit disappointing. The portions were small for the price (very little protein and rice), and I didn’t end up finishing it. That said, my brother ordered a vegan/veggie option and really enjoyed his, so it may depend on what you get. Overall, it just didn’t feel like the best value this time, but could be better depending on your order.

  Ordered online and when I arrived they hadn’t even made my order because they were out of rice and didn’t contact me to let me know. I was quoted an additional 25 minute wait time and was not able to receive a refund or cancel the order at the store according to the employee. I was told to call customer service for a refund, and found there is not even a customer service number to call! I had to submit a form online and wait for a response…. Still waiting. Insane.
