- AGAlena GorashMar 8, 20261.0Extremely disappointing experience at Panera’s drive-thru. Our cashier, Mackenzie, completely messed up our order after we waited over 20 minutes for just two meals. We ordered an iced sweet latte and were given a hot latte instead. When we asked her to remake it, she tried to send us off without giving us any drink at all and when we said we still needed our drink, she tried handing us another wrong drink before finally giving us the latte we originally ordered. Even then, it tasted extremely bitter and unpleasant. Throughout this experience she was looking at us as if she was high out of her mind. The simplest things seemed to be too difficult for her to comprehend. On top of that, we paid for two chocolate croissants but were given two almond pastries instead, and the two sides of chips we ordered were completely missing from the bag. After waiting that long, it was incredibly frustrating to open the bag and realize almost the entire order was wrong. It honestly left us wondering what we even paid for because nothing matched what we ordered. Really disappointing service and attention to detail.
