  I’ve visited this Panera multiple times and my experience is usually pleasant. Today however, it was not. I went in to pick up a mobile order and when I got to the counter, I saw that the employee was busy making other orders, so I kindly waited for her to finish making the sandwiches that she had in the oven and placing them in the bag. When she made eye contact with me, I smiled at her. I however, did not get a greeting or a smile back. I didn’t take it personal, because I understand that working fast food or any type of customer service job can be stressful. But I waited about 3 to 5 minutes before I finally Let her know that I was here to pick up an order. She abruptly asked me for the name, and I told her. She then proceeded to roll her eyes, grab the order and toss it towards me on the counter, to which I had to stretch to reach across to get it. I was shocked at how rude she was. Very disappointing.

  they have been diluting the coffee. Doesn’t taste/look like coffee anymore. I’ve been with the membership for so long. don’t know if worth it anymore

  I recently visited Panera Bread, and I was pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable the experience was. Going in, I didn’t have particularly high expectations, but the food exceeded them. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and very well prepared. It’s clear that quality and consistency are a priority here. What stood out the most, however, was the customer service. The cashier, who seemed fairly new, did an excellent job. He was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s always great to see someone putting in that level of effort, especially while still learning. Overall, this was a great experience with both good food and strong customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this location to others looking for a reliable and enjoyable meal.

  The morning crew more often then none always have the worst attitude, rarely a good morning , this morning I try to order the bakers dozen when you can clearly hear the lady over the huff and get upset then proceeds to rudely ask me “well which ones you want” I said as they always come which she then proceeded to tell me “ well I don’t know how they come or what the menu says that’s why I’m asking” this location is by far the worst one when it comes to customer service in the morning
