  Every time I eat here there’s an issue. We were just told that we can’t use the drive through. It has been submitted in a formal complaint numerous times. Lynell Aaron is absolutely useless. I’ve emailed her numerous times. She keeps sending me the same automated message, nothings getting resolved. Last email was not addressed and reads as follows: I hope this email find you well- Unfortunately, I cannot accept your apology this time. This has been an ongoing issue at your locations for years. I thought I would have a better experience at another location but come to find out, you run the majority in town. You may not recall bc of the abundance of complaints you receive each year, but you sent me this very same email- word for word, last year. I believe that you have no intentions on creating better experiences for your customers or employees. You’ve had this role for many years and it’s unfortunate that things still remain the same. Please, escalate this matter. I ensure you I’m speaking for the 100s of people in town when I say this- you all need to do better. I’m not expecting 5 star dining. I’m aware it’s a fast food franchise, but there’s no reason why cx are being treated like this when they’re the only reason why McDonalds is possible. Please spend more time at your restaurants.   This location has messed up my order every time I've gone there. Your better off going anywhere else. The worst one was when I ordered an iced coffee after a long day at work and they clearly mixed some caramel syrup in sweet tea and thought I wouldn't notice. Completely disgusting. I even tried to give it to my kid and he was like really?! Between missing food and crap like that I will never go back. Awful customer service. They just don't care.

  This is the second negative experience I've had due to the rudeness of the staff. The first time I was given an attitude simply for ordering. This time me and my husband ordered a coffee and a strawberry shake where a very sweet older sounding lady took our order. However, a very rude young lady handed us our drinks. My coffee was made correctly but the "strawberry" shake was white and tasted vaguely of mint. When we pointed this out and politely requested it get remade we were told "thats just how it comes", "no matter what it will be the same", and "we're not even supposed to be selling this" and she refused to fix the issue which resulted in my very disgruntled husband driving away defeated.
