The associate that took the order through drive-thru to the one that worked the second window was great experience. I was greeted with a hello and a smile. The order was prepared as I requested and it was hot and fresh. Kudos to the management team for the training the did with their staff. I will stop by every time I'm in the area.

Then this morning I request an item on the side from my meal. It wasn't given to me in my order which was over 35.00. I go back in and request my item. The manager goes to talk to the people who made my order and the lady gives me the dirtiest look . Like I did something wrong!! It's a beautiful day in South Carolina except at this McDonald's. Never again. Other restaurants are right in the area.

I tried to place an order through the drive-thru and gave them my code—apparently, they couldn’t understand it, so they just stopped talking and refused to take my order. I switched to curbside and ended up waiting 20 minutes in my car with zero communication. When I finally went inside, the place was chaotic, and I had to track someone down just to get my food. And when I finally received it? Cold. This is the second time I’ve had this exact nightmare here. Do yourself a favor: do not order curbside from this location if you actually want your food. Utterly unacceptable
